HAYLEY-JAY DANIELS

Course Tutor

Hayley-Jay initially worked professionally as an artist in the field of interior design and architecture. Her large scale perspective drawings and paintings were used internationally for historical restoration projects and contemporary design.  She taught Interior Design, perspective drawing and presentation techniques within the UK.

Her current studies centre upon the human form and expressions of gesture, though she never leaves her passion for all forms of painting and drawing behind.  She is an award winning artist and well known as a large format artist and sculptress.

The study of perspective, light and shade, form and composition are vital to her artworks.  Hayley-Jay primarily works within a monotone palette, be it charcoal, pencil, paint or ceramics, always exploring with a hyper realistic approach.  She has also exhibited her large scale colour abstract artworks.

She works from her studios in the South West of France. Her artworks have been exhibited widely, and are in collections throughout the UK, USA, and within Europe.
